Which wine cellar to buy
Single or dual temperature, which wine cellar is right for me?

If you are looking for a wine cellar for your business or because you would like to redecorate your home with a truly unique and designer element, you may be wondering: which wine cellar is right for me?
Choosing the best model that meets all our needs is often not easy; in fact, there are different types and with different characteristics. If you are a lover of good wine or work in the restaurant business, you will surely have asked yourself what is the best way to store bottles in order to enjoy them at their best.
If, on the other hand, you have recently started collecting wine, it is important to know that wines, if stored in the wrong places or at the wrong temperatures or in the worst cases in places with too much humidity, will tend to be stored or aged incorrectly, making the tasting experience one to forget.
Often, the first question our customers ask us is: what is the difference between single-temperature and dual-temperature cells?
The difference between the single and dual temperature consists in the use of the wine cellar itself. The single-temperature wine cellar, having a single cell, is designed for the storage and aging of wine. The dual temperature wine cellar, on the other hand, was designed to serve and store wine at an appropriate temperature and, thanks to the presence of two dependent cells, it allows you to contain different products in a single space, from cured meats and cheeses to cigars.
IP wine cellars are the result of a well-tested artisan process. Designed and built with solid and long-lasting materials such as stainless steel, wood and painted sheet metal, the latter customizable by color, in order to adapt the wine cellar to your furnishing needs.
You can also choose a built-in or free-standing product with different covering options such as steel or wood, so as not to alter the design of the rooms while also managing to enhance it.
IP wine cellars are characterized by LED lighting that guarantees very high quality standards and lower management costs. The glass of our wine cellars protects the interior from harmful UV rays, a very important aspect for better preservation of the products.
Our cellars are designed to keep the most valuable bottles at an optimal and constant temperature, depending on the type of wine and with a humidity level between 60% and 70%. Furthermore, there is the possibility of inserting one or more sliding drawers inside the cell for a better presentation of the bottles.
Wine is an extremely delicate product and needs to be stored in the right way so that it does not lose its characteristics over time. With IP cellars you can finally preserve your favorite labels in the best possible way.
