We present the IP cellars, authentic treasure chests for the preservation of cured meats. The passion for craftsmanship blends with innovative methods, allowing our cellars to guarantee the ideal temperature and humidity necessary for the preservation of cured meats.
Parma Ham with the bone can be stored hung for up to 24 months between 16° and 18°C. Once started, many delicatessens recommend the gauze technique as a preservation method.
